Thanks for visiting my ADR website

As a trial lawyer I have represented plaintiffs and defendants in many civil and criminal matters in state and federal courts in Ohio and Kentucky. This experience has given me a deep understanding of our justice system.

During my career I also have had much involvement with Mediation and Arbitration. These procedures enable parties to resolve disputes quickly and economically. Each has its advantages for parties and counsel to consider when deciding whether to pursue an alternative to court proceedings.

My qualifications to serve as a mediator or arbitrator include a disposition of fundamental fairness and the ability to connect with people based on my experience dealing with clients, opposing parties and counsel, and judges and juries, over the course of my career.

If you have a case or dispute that you think might be resolved by mediation or arbitration, or might benefit from Early Neutral Evaluation, please contact me.
